Returns & Exchange Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products from Windmill Country.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return your product within 30 days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, undamaged) in anyway.

Please ensure you inspect your items once you receive them and contact us immediately if you have received the wrong items or if your products are damaged or faulty.

Any items posted back to us without first contacting us will not be processed.

Note: All return postage costs are to be covered by the customer, this includes return post back to you.

Please purchase a AusPost Prepaid satchel and send it to Windmill Country with your exchange items to guarantee a exchange or request a full refund via email. 

Refund

After we receive your item we will inspect your product and process your refund.

 

If you want a full refund the money will be refunded to the original payment method you've used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 - 10 business days to show up on your credit card.
